The acclaimed PBS program NOW re-aired a story that originally ran last January, about the Idaho White Clouds and the controversy surrounding the differing opinions about the best way to protect them. The program features an appearance by long-time environmental activist Carole King and provides an opportunity for viewers to see what is at stake and how the wilderness movement is changing. Correspondent Jon Christensen shows the breathtaking natural beauty of the hundreds of thousands of acres of public lands in the White Clouds and Boulder Mountains areas of Idaho.

LOS ANGELES, CA - Carole King appeared on the Ninth Annual "A Home for the Holidays" television special, which aired on CBS Television on December 21, 2007 at 8PM (Eastern). Carole performed "Everyday People" with Reba McEntire (from Reba's "Duets" album) and also performed one of her own classic songs.

SANTA MONICA, CA - Carole King visited the studios of KCRW in Santa Monica on December 19, 2007 and sat down with Chris Douridas for an interview and performance for his weekly radio show, New Ground. This rare, in-depth interview covered from her very first days of her musical career to the release of her DVD, "Welcome to My Living Room", to the recent shows at the Troubadour with James Taylor.

The interview and performance aired Saturday, December 22nd on KCRW-FM (89.9) between 12 noon and 3pm.
