The album ‘City Streets’ has been re-issued on King’s own label imprint Rockingale Records.  An enduring fan favorite, City Streets was King’s 14th album, released in 1989 on Capitol Records.  The title track features a guitar solo by Eric Clapton, who also plays guitar on "Ain't That the Way".  Other notable guest musicians are Branford Marsalis, Sammy Figueroa, Max Weinberg and Michael Brecker.  Filled with songs of optimism and determination penned by King (including two co-written with Gerry Goffin), City Streets is one of King's most engaging records of the 80’s.
